Studio CBC provides warranty services and paid services for windows and doors purchased through our company. Service calls and labor for approved warranty work are covered for 2 years from date of sale by Studio CBC. After that, while parts may still be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we charge for our service rates.
Our standard service call rate is $250.00 and includes up to 1 hour of service for field assessment or any repairs. Subsequent time is billed in half hour increments at $125.00 / hour. Special equipment or scaffolding if required, will be quoted for billing approval.
If you request service, please fill out the form provided here. If you provide adequate information with photos, detailing your claim, we can often adequately assess and get parts ordered without a needed initial field visit service call. Note that Milgard services their own windows so we would forward your service request to them.
